Other than the frame around the article, it's apparently true according to

So, in
effect, Shawn's new Data Center is now a maximum security federal
building. He wasn't kidding about the fingerprints before. Apparently
security is so tight at the new DC that it is patrolled by armed guards
and all people in the DC must be fingerprinted and wear uniforms at all
times. Shawn has promised to live in the new DC 24/7/365 until all
accounts are back on line. Old AYW accounts can now be converted to
YW ('You Wish') accounts but must be prepaid for 18 months. Ha ha ha.
